Magellan is one of the shorter courses, but don't let the length fool you.  Its tricky greens will challenge all skill levels.  A favorite for both men and women, Magellan Golf Course and is consistently one of the top three courses played in Hot Springs Village.

Magellan began as a golf school with three holes, and in 1996, the Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association expanded it to 18 holes and opened its sixth golf course.  It is considered the best practice facility in the Village with its large driving range, putting green and several short game areas.

Magellan Deli at the Clubhouse serves breakfast, lunch and dinner either inside or out on the patio.  They can be reached at (501) 922-5040.

Magellan temporary closed on 6/4/12 to convert the greens to Bermuda grass, and is expected to reopen by Labor Day Weekend 2012.

Located at the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, Granada is the newest 18-hole championship course in Hot Springs Village, opening in 2004.  It is certainly one of the most scenic golf courses in the Village with its rolling hills, tall pines, creeks, and amazing views.

The signature hole on this course is the 18th with a meandering waterfall that stretches the length of the fairway.  One of the best and most difficult holes on the course is the par 4 No. 17, which has a green 60 yards in length.

The course ranges from 5,014 from the forward tees to over 7,000 yards from the back.  There are 5 sets of tees ranging from Gold to Black, and there are almost 7 miles of cart paths.

Granada's facilities include a golf shop, driving range, short game area, and putting green.
