Amenities Restrict Hours During Thanksgiving Holiday

Submitted by on

pumpkin with flowers with words give thanksThanksgiving is a time to be with family and friends so this means that some of the wonderful amenities here in Hot Springs Village might have modified hours or be closed completely. First off the offices of the POA administration will be closed both Thanksgiving Day as well as Friday. There are no scheduled hours over the weekend so that means that any business will have to be done either the days before the holiday or the following Monday at 8:00 a.m.. Please plan accordingly. Thursday trash pick-up will be pushed to Friday and there will be no special collections on Friday. If you have any questions please contact the POA administration office.

Submitted by on

vote spelled in scrabble tilesTime is running out for any members of Hot Springs Village to send their proxy votes to the third party vote administrator, EPG, who are handling that part of the Assessment voting. Proxy votes need to be received by Friday, November 12th at 4:30 p.m. to the third party entity and NOT to the Hot Springs Village POA. They are unable to handle any of the proxy votes. If you are worried that your vote will not be received on time there is an opportunity to vote in person at the November 15th Member’s meeting. The meeting will be held at the Ponce de Leon Center in the Ouchita Building at 9:00 a.m.. The Ponce de Leon Center is located at 1101 DeSoto Blvd. here in Hot Springs Village. Members need to make sure that they bring proper identification in order to vote. This will include HSVPOA Member card or government issued photo ID and your Member number. At the time of voting Members must be in good standing.
