Have you ever pondered the intricacies of wine production around the world while choosing your go-to bottle off the shelf? Expand your horizons with a World Tour of Wines! This series of tastings hopes to teach participants not only about the many places that wine is produced, but also about the subtle differences between regions that are detectable by the skilled palate. The first destination on the World Tour of Wines is France!

On Saturday, August 6, join other wine enthusiasts at the Coronado Community Center (150 Ponderosa Lane) for Destination France. Those in attendance will sample not only wines from across the historic country, but also delicious French cuisine pairings. The event starts at 6 p.m. and is $20 per person, plus tax.
