Are you interested in learning about our fine feathered friends? Now is your chance! The Hot Springs Village Audubon Society is pleased to present their 2018 Bird I.D. Workshop, starting March 6. If you missed this month-long event last year, take this opportunity to register early and ensure your spot in this popular course!

The 2018 Bird I.D. Workshop will be held over the four Tuesdays in March, including the 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th, from 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning. Classes will be led by Vic Prislipsky and will combine outdoor field work with classroom presentations at the Coronado Center.

The workshop will focus primarily on basic identification of birds, but will also cover selecting and using binoculars, good print/online resources, and managing your backyard feeders. The information discussed over the four classes will represent an excellent foundation for new and experienced birders alike!

Spaces for this event sold out last year, so be sure to enroll as soon as possible! The fee for this popular four-session event is $25 for HSV Audubon members and $30 for non-members. Class size is limited and priority is given to HSV Audubon members if they register before February 1st. To learn more about the Workshop, enroll, or ask questions, head over to the event page here.
