Get Ready to Dance!

Submitted by on

Are you looking to hit the dance floor? This week in Hot Springs Village, there are not one, but TWO chances for you to show off your dancing skills. They're both happening at the Coronado Community Center (150 Ponderosa Lane), so choose your date and mark your calendar!

Your first opportunity comes Wednesday, May 11 at 7 p.m. At that time, Dean Angus and the Crash Legacy Band will fill the Coronado Community Center with the sweet sounds of ballroom, Latin, swing, country, and line dance music. Between live sets, Village Variety dancing DJ Darrell will make sure that the good tunes keep rolling! The cost to attend is $10 per person and door prizes will be awarded. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. If you would like to learn more, call 501-276-5422.

If you can't make Wednesday fit into your schedule, or if one dance session isn't enough to soothe your need to move, then consider heading to the Center on Saturday, May 14. That night, the Sugar Creek Band will pick up where Wednesday's group left off, playing a mix of country, swing, cha cha, and Cajun music. This event is free to club members, and $10 per person for guests. Free popcorn will be provided. Come at 6:30 to grab a good seat at the bar and wait for the music to start at 7!
