December Means Christmas Music in HSV

With the end of October rapidly approaching and the rush of the holiday season nearly upon us, Christmas will be here before you know it! Besides the presents, warm fireplaces, and eggnog, one of the classic components of the Christmas season is always a limitless supply of beautiful music. Hot Springs Village has an amazing lineup of holiday artists that would love nothing more than to fill your December with sweet melodies. Keep reading to learn about four fantastic opportunities for holiday tunes happening throughout December!

Arkansas Symphony Orchestra presents "Christmas in the Village"

Join the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and conductor Maestro Phillip Mann as they make their annual Christmas appearance in the Village at Woodlands Auditorium! The Village Chorale and a guest soloist or two will help the ASO celebrate the season in style on Sunday, December 4 at 3 p.m. The event will have reserved seating, with tickets priced at $25 per person.

The Crystal Chimes Chorus presents "Cocoa, Cookies, and Carols"

If you're interested in back-to-back Christmas music, The Crystal Chimes Chorus plays on December 5 at the Coronado Community Center! The Chimes' annual show runs from 1-7 p.m. and is sure to fill you with Christmas cheer. Nibble on homemade cookies and sip a mug of cocoa or coffee while enjoys the sounds of 4-part a cappella and special guests. Tickets are general admission and cost $10 per person.

Hot Springs Concert Band Annual Holiday Concert

On Thursday, December 8, head back over to Woodlands Auditorium to see the Kiwanis Club of Greater Hot Springs Village present their Hot Springs Concert Band Annual Holiday Concert. The performance will be filled with wonderful music of the season as well as audience carol sing-a-long! The show starts at 7:30 p.m. General Admission tickets are $12.

A Classical Christmas Show Featuring Larisa - Queen of Piano

Our final recommendation will take place back at the Coronado Community Center, but luckily you'll have a but more of a break this time! On December 19 at 7 p.m., listen as Larisa combines traditional Christmas carols with classical renditions and original compositions. Relax in comfort with a glass of wine and enjoy melodies that will make you feel like you're in a winter wonderland! Tickets are $12 per person.
