Coronado Center Library, located at 150 Ponderosa Lane in Hot Springs Village, will be hosting a monthly Book Club that will begin meeting this September. This club will be perfect for people who love to read and are looking for new books to explore and enjoy. Nancy Smith will be leading this club at the library. Meetings will take place in Room 6, which is next to the library, every second Wednesday (September 8th, October 13th, November 10th, December 8th and continuing) at 10 a.m..
In remembrance of the 20th anniversary of the September 11th attacks, Hot Springs Village will play host to gatherings dedicated to the memory of those lost in those events. September 11th is recognized by the United States as Patriot Day annually as a remembrance of the many lives lost on this date in 2001.
