Hot Springs Village is heading into an election for the 2026 HSVPOA Board of Directors. Did you know Members can vote early electronically and prevent a paper ballot from being sent to your home? This will greatly reduce cost and paper usage.

To vote electronically, you will need to check your email on file with the POA and look for an email from [email protected]. This email may have been directed to your spam folder, so be sure to check there to access the ballot. The email was sent on January 23rd, which may help you find it. If you accidentally deleted the email, you can contact https://inspectorsofelection.com/voter-resources/. If you would like to receive an online ballot but do not have an email address on file, you can email [email protected] to update your contact information. The email will contain your username and passcode, which you will use to sign in to the secure online voting site at the provided link. The link will also include information about the candidates and instructions for submitting your ballot.
